We are regularly being asked which printers are compatible and offer support for mobile devices such as ipad, iphone and Android tablets.  Brother, Epson, HP and Lexmark currently lead the way, offering many models which support wireless communication.  However just because a printer has a WiFi capability, it does not mean that it is compatible with mobile gadgets!  Quite often extra software is required to make the link between the two pieces of equipment.  There are software applications (apps) that make successful communication possible. Apple use something called AirPrint, and Epson iPrint.  There is also Google Cloud Print for printing from your cloud based apps on the go.
